PARALLEL TRAVEL:
For families that are thinking about traveling with us to South Africa, we are offering Parallel Travel for you!  Your itinerary will mirror your choristers trip with the same guided sight seeing excursions, your own tour bus, travel guide, and when possible, the same accommodations.  You can find the a tentative chorister itinerary below. There is always shift in our final itinerary but this will give you a good idea about where we will be and when. We will have a tour guide in the country that will come with suggestions about great things for our parallel travelers to do in the cities we are visiting.

The all inclusive cost of this tour for Parallel Travel is $4550.00 per traveler.  There is an additional cost of $600 for a single room. (excludes one meal per day while on tour.)  A 10% non refundable deposit of $455.00 will be accepted at time of your registration.  Please note that the final payment may be adjusted.  Payment plans are not available for parallel travelers.  The balance of $4095.00 or $4695.00 (single room) will be due on May 1st, 2018.  Check or credit card (3% credit card fee) payments will be accepted.  Parallel travel registration will be due on February 28th, 2017.

As you consider traveling with us, please keep in mind that this is a student trip, organized for the benefit of the students with itineraries drafted that differ from what you would normally expect if you traveled independently.  It is very important for traveling parents to remember that the chaperones have been placed in charge with your prior permission.  Nothing should be done by a traveling parent to diminish the chaperones’ primary job of caring for the health and safety of our singers and their enjoyment of the tour experience.  The singer’s focus must remain upon the group’s activities.   We would like you to enjoy your trip, and plan to get to know each other as parents.
