2017-2018 Season


May 6th, 2018, 6:00 p.m. - "IHLOMBE SOUTH AFRICAN TOUR BENEFIT CONCERT" - Featuring Arioso, Coro Vivo, and Camerata with special guest appearance, Gansango - African Music and Dance at Trinity Lutheran Church 6215 196th St SW Lynnwood 98036.  Also for your enjoyment, we will be selling African tea and coffee with baked goods.  Come and enjoy an exciting performance and support our South African tour!  

Seattle Children's Chorus choirs, Arioso, Coro Vivo, and Camerata are touring to South Africa to participate in the 2018 Ihlombe! South African Choral Festival, celebrating Nelson Mandela's 100th birthday and legacy. The Largest International Choral Gathering in South Africa and Singing That Nourishes Body and Soul. The Ihlombe! South African Choral Festival offers a one-of-a-kind choral experience in dynamic settings such as Cape Town, Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Soweto as well as at a scenic wildlife safari park. Seattle Children's Chorus will get to perform with several outstanding South African choirs and participate in workshops with dynamic South African choral conductors.

Tickets will be sold by our choir members for $5.00 with all proceeds applied to their tour account.  You may also contact the office at 206.542.5998 or email at to purchase tickets.  Ticket sales begin April 3rd through May 1st.

June 2nd, 2018, 2:00 p.m. - "Journey On: American Patchwork" -  Our Final Concert at University Presbyterian Church, Seattle (Brio, Intermezzo, Arioso, Coro Vivo, and Camerata) Tickets for this concert will be open on May 12th  

All choirs will gather to present our 2017-2018 Season Finale, “Journey On.”  Again, the focus will be an American Patchwork of choral selections about our journey through life. The concert will include folk songs, spirituals, Broadway selections and more beautifully composed American anthems that portray different dimensions of travel and life’s journey through sound pictures. We are honored to have you with us for this inspired conclusion to a great year of choral performances.
