Office Staff

Leanna Kraakmo is our Operations Manager.   Leanna has been with SCC for the past 19 years, first as a parent who volunteered as a chaperone for concerts and retreats, then joined the SCC staff in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant.   As Operations Manager, she is busy behind the scenes making sure that all of the daily office tasks are running efficiently, including the management of all the choirs, tours, and choral calendar.  Leanna enjoys her job collaborating with the Artistic Director and Staff, as well as the office staff team.   SCC played an important roll in all four of her children’s educational life, and knows firsthand the importance that SCC has on the development of children and young people’s lives.   Her desire is to work with families to ensure that their choristers may experience these opportunities.

Linda Keil is our new Accounts Administrator.  Linda handles chorister tuition and tour accounts, database management and newsletter publication.  Linda is a team player and loves the challenge of making things happen! Interestingly enough, she has worked with SCC in the past as a parent volunteer, a board member, including Board President of SCC.  She has worked in the not-for-profit sector, developing organizations of all sizes and has worked in multiple organizations where finance and day to day record keeping were her responsibilities.  She has also worked in the Customer Service, Human Resource, Travel, and Organizational Development fields, and has had the education, knowledge, and experience to serve SCC and our families and to do it really well.  Welcome Linda!

Mary Lute-Wise is no stranger to SCC!  As Assistant Choir Manager, she will be running the music library, keeping your choristers folders filled with music, getting them concert ready with their formal uniforms, and tracking rehearsal attendance! Mary is an SCC alum, has been a part of the SCC Board of Directors and has interned with Kris as Assistant Choir Director for Intermezzo the past 3 years.  She has volunteered as Tour Manager to Fort Worden as well as the Tour Manager Intern this past Summer to Picfest.   She has a BA in Music for Seattle Pacific University and a Masters in Ethnomusicology from the University College Dublin.

We are excited to be working with our new grantwriter, Christy Olsen Field.  You are welcome to visit her website at http://www.christy.ink
