Welcome to the Seattle Children’s Chorus.  We are delighted to have your chorister joining us. Your Registration Form and non-refundable $30 registration fee are due at the time of your chorister’s audition.  Please fill out and return the additional forms listed below to complete your chorister’s registration for the 2008-09 year:

• Discipline Policy (signed by both chorister and parent)
• Tuition Agreement
• Permission Slip
• Chorister Covenant (only required for Arioso or Camerata choristers)
• Volunteer Form (with an accompanying sheet of Volunteer Descriptions for your use in completing the Volunteer Form; the sheet of descriptions does not need to be returned)

Our monthly payment cycle begins in September and ends in May with nine equal tuition payments due on the 10th of each month.  Once we receive your registration materials (after audition is completed) you will receive an invoice.  You will notice when you select your payment plan and method of payment on the Tuition Agreement form that you may opt to pay with credit card.  However, credit card payments incur an additional 3% service charge.  This is a handling fee that the processing agency charges; it is not money that is retained by the Chorus.  If you select this option, a credit card authorization form will be included with your first statement.  Please do not give us your credit card information on these registration forms.

SCC’s monthly newsletter, Take Note, is mailed around the 25th of each month (no newsletter is mailed in June or July) and contains all pertinent information about Chorus events and items of
interest.  Please carefully read this important communication when it arrives.  You should expect to receive your first newsletter the month following registration.
